a) When visiting our website
When you access our website https://esnetwork.de, information is automatically sent to our website’s server by the browser used on your device. For any type of inquiry, we provide the option to contact us via a form on our website. A valid email address and telephone number are required to assign and respond to your request. Additional information may be provided voluntarily.

The processing of data for the purpose of contacting us is carried out on the basis of your voluntary consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR. The personal data collected via the contact form will be automatically deleted once your request has been resolved.

We also provide the following forms: New Customer Form, RMA Form, Switch Request Form, Router Request Form, New Vendor Form, Sell to us Form, and the Route Planner.

The use of each form requires certain mandatory information in order to process your request. Additional information may be provided voluntarily.

  • New Customer Form: required fields are name, address, phone number, email address, and website

  • RMA Request Form: required fields are name, contact person, phone number, and fax number

  • Switch Configurations Request Form: required fields are name, phone number, preferred messenger, account/Messenger UID, switch model, hostname, NTP server, time zone, domain, and DNS server

  • Router Configurations Request Form: required fields are name, email address, preferred messenger, account/Messenger UID, router model, hostname, time zone, domain, and DNS server

  • New Vendor Form: required fields are name, address, phone number, and email address

  • Sell to us Form: required fields are first and last name, company name, address, phone number, email address, and sales details

Processing of these data is based on Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR if you have given your consent. The collected data will be automatically deleted after your request has been processed.

Route Planner: To use the route planner to find your way to us, you must enter your starting point and destination. This data is processed by the Google Maps service (Google Inc.). By using Google Maps, information about your usage (in particular your IP address) may be transferred to and stored by Google in the United States. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. We have no influence over the further processing of data by Google. Please refer to the Google Maps terms of use. If you do not agree with the processing of your data, please refrain from using the map or disable JavaScript in your browser.

The processing of your data in this case is necessary pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR to properly process your request and fulfill mutual obligations.

The personal data collected for order processing will be stored in accordance with statutory retention requirements for up to ten years after the end of the calendar year in which the contract was terminated and will then be deleted, unless further statutory retention obligations exist or you have consented to longer storage.

The person responsible for processing has integrated PayPal components on this website. PayPal is an online payment service provider. 6. Social media plug-ins and Jivochat

​We use social plugins from the social network Facebook on our website based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter f of the GDPR in order to make our company better known. The underlying advertising purpose is to be viewed as a legitimate interest within the meaning of the GDPR. The responsibility for data protection-compliant operation must be ensured by the respective provider. We integrate these plug-ins using the so-called two-click method in order to best protect visitors to our website.

In our live chat you have the opportunity to get in direct contact with our employees in the form of a real-time chat. In order to use the chat, no personal information is required. Your IP address will be anonymized in accordance with legal regulations. The chat history is saved and evaluated anonymously.
